Thank you for placing your trust in our medical team. To help you navigate care for your pet, we have outlined our procedures below for different types of emergencies. Please click the link below to learn what you should do on, or before arrival at our hospital.

Client Portal and Registration

Please sign up online into our client portal.  If your pet is in critical condition, please fill out the client registration form prior to arriving to save time. If you already have an account, please log in and ensure your information is still up to date. The client portal enables touchless payment of bills and access to your pet’s medical records.

Is this a Life-threatening Emergency?

If your pet is suffering from any of the symptoms of a life-threatening emergency, please follow the instructions below:

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

  • Please call ahead and let us know what symptoms you are seeing.

  • Keep track of time and frequency of the activity. For example: “he started vomiting at 10 am, he vomited 3 times … at 10:15 am there was blood in the vomit.”

  • If your pet ate something toxic, please bring the packaging or the remaining (uneaten) item.

  • Please make sure you have your pet’s leash and collar, or make sure they are safely inside a carrier.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

  • Park as close as possible to the front entrance, and text us when you have arrived.

  • The technician who evaluates your pet will determine whether or not your pet needs to be brought in for treatment immediately.

  • A member of our team will message you a link to our client portal to complete your client registration and instruct you on when to enter the lobby for check in.

Your Pet’s Life is Not in Imminent Danger, but they need Medical Attention:

If your pet is suffering from any of the symptoms associated with a serious condition, or if you are here because your family veterinarian is closed and you were directed here, but your pet’s life is not in imminent danger, please follow the instructions below:

Please make sure you have your pet’s leash and collar, or make sure they are safely inside a carrier when you arrive.

  • Please park and remain in your car.  Text us with your space number and your pet’s first and last name.

  • The technician who evaluates your pet will determine whether or not your pet needs to be brought in for treatment immediately.

  • When you arrive, please park your car and text us with your space number (or the make/model/color) of your car, your pet’s first and last name, and the department or doctor you have an appointment with.

  • A member of our team will message you a link to our client portal to complete your client registration and instruct you on when to enter the lobby for check in.

Pet Owner Resources
