Dr. Alba Ramirez was born in Bogota, Columbia. She relocated to obtain her veterinary license through the Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG). After she obtained her veterinary license, she began working as an emergency veterinarian and hasn’t stopped since!

Dr. Ramirez’s favorite way to turn a rough day around is to get a big chocolate cake and eat as much as she possibly can. She also enjoys salsa dancing and spending time with her husband and two cats.
