Dr. Jones grew up in rural America where she found her passion for animals at her Grandpa's farm.  She graduated from Iowa State University in 1998.  After graduation, she pursued a small animal rotating internship as well as residency training in critical care.  Dr. Jones decided to step away from the night life when she became a mom and went into companion animal medicine.   She moved into the Roseville area in 2005 with a general practice and remained there until she switched gears to her first love -  emergency medicine.

She has a houseful of college age kids in addition to her two dogs and four kitties.  When she is not attending to her "mini adults" or fur babies - you will find her attending to several dozen plants, crafting or cooking.
